1.1 This section shows the commitment of Rentila (the "Site") with respect to your privacy and to the protection of your personal information (the "Information") collected and used during your use of the Site in the requirements set out in our Terms of Service (available at: http://www.rentila.co.uk/terms/ ).

3.1 The collected and subsequently processed information by the Site are those that you voluntarily disclose during the opening of your user account (the “Account”), via the registration form, at a minimum:

- Closure of Account: in case of a request to Rentila, by the User, concerning the permanent closure or temporary deactivation of his account, an email containing a notification is sent to him by the Site to inform him of the completion of the requested transaction. Similarly, above one year of inactivation of the Account, an email containing a notification is sent to the User as per the terms of section 8 of this policy.
- Events, games and contests Rentila can send to the User emails so as to inform about games and contests or special events organised by the Site.
- Information on the Site and the services offered: Rentila can send the User emails so as to inform about the developments of the Site, give news bulletins and services notifications to which the User is subscribed to.
- Request of assistance or submission of questions/suggestions: Rentila reply by email to User who requests assistance to connect to the Site, modify or access to his Account.
5.1 Rentila is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your Data. Accordingly, we undertake never to share or disclose your Data to third parties, except in the following situations:

8.5 In addition, we inform you that:
- You can always refuse to provide your Data on the Site, which will not prevent you from using and exploring the site. But in this case, we may be unable to provide you with certain services.
- At any time, you can update or correct your profile and e-mail address in the profile page of your Account.
9.1 After one year of inactivity of your Account, it can be deleted at any time. However, this removal can only take place after Rentila sends you an e-mail informing you of this inactivity and the risk of deletion of your Account. Failure to reactivate your Account within 8 days after receipt of this email, Rentila can then delete it at any time, without any new information.
9.2 Once your Account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the Site's services requiring an Account, or any content you may have stored or published on those Services.
